Quick effective service really happy with service oven looks great

After a negative experience with a different cleaner, I was provided with a new cleaner Karm who came in and did a spotless clean of the floors, bathrooms and kitchen. My shower was sparkling. She asked me exactly what my priorities were and kept asking me to check after each room. I highly recommend and will only book with her in future

Overall, Danail and Todorka did a good job cleaning my flat, and I was generally pleased with the results. However, there are a few areas where attention to detail could be improved.

I noticed that the hard floors appeared to have been mopped without being vacuumed first, which meant that dust and hair were pushed into the corners rather than properly removed. During my final inspection, I had to point out some missed areas, including clumps of hair and dust. The skirting boards could also have been cleaned more thoroughly, particularly as I had requested a deep clean ahead of Diwali.

I also find that having different cleaners each visit affects consistency. Ideally, I would prefer Roman and his team, who are familiar with my flat and cleaning expectations.

Nevertheless, the overall standard was good and deserving of four stars. With greater attention to detail and fewer touch-ups required afterwards, this would easily have been a five-star experience.

Extremely disappointing experience with Fantastic Services. We paid £878 for their premium after builder clean including 'deep clean of all floors and hard surfaces, internal window cleaning, including frames and sills, detailed cleaning of shelves and external window cleaning'.

We came home to very dusty shelves, dirty door frames, cobwebs around the walls / ceilings and uncleaned internal and external windows. They hadn’t double locked the front door which we had specifically asked them to do and had left a half drunk water bottle taken from the fridge. After returning home with high expectations, we spend 3+ hours cleaning the house ourselves.

Having taken this feedback to Fantastic services, they offered a £30 credit gesture of goodwill, and a refund for the external window cleaning. We were told the cleaners did what they could in the amount of time they were allocated, but we think Fantastic Services was responsible for allocating the time required to deliver the service they promised at the point of sale. We are upset having spent so much money on such an average clean.

Our experience indicates a slick and confident sales team but very poor end result and we would warn our future selves to stay well clear!

This was the worst cleaning experience I’ve ever received. We hired them for an afterbuilders clean and a newly renovated house with spotless paint on walls and brand new carpet. The main purpose was to remove dust from builders and we paid a v high price for professional carpet cleaning. The house was left in a worse state than when they started - new marks and scuffs on the perfectly painted walls, mud and dirt in the new carpet, and insufficient cleaning everywhere else inc dusty shelves etc. I complained and was offered £5 off (less than 1% of the cost!) and zero apology - just a comment that ceilings weren’t included in the cleaning brief (irrelevant) and they couldn’t promise to remove dirt from carpets. There was no dirt in carpets before they came! I didn’t want them cleaned I just didn’t want new marks and damage on them! Appalled and will never use again.

Bandana is an efficient worker, polite and amenable. She is thorough and shows initiative.

Punctual, friendly and left everything clean and tidy.

Awful cleaning services on both times used. I thought initially it was the first people they sent me. So I booked again with someone else and they didn’t even have limescale remover product which I paid extra for them to bring products. Left toilet seat dirty and untouched. I would never use this company again. They also charged me more than the invoice stated. Please be careful.

This is was an end of tenancy deep clean. They did an exceptional job and worked extremely hard. I would recommend them and would 💯 use them again
