About the company: Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.
With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.
From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

Paid for a deep clean, got a half-done job and shocking customer service!Review:I am completely disgusted by the way Fantastic Services treats paying customers. I paid £72 for a 3-hour deep clean today (Booking Ref: 26083121TAYAM). The experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.First, the cleaner was over an hour late, arriving at 2:05 PM instead of 1:00 PM. To be fair, the cleaner herself was lovely, very polite, and respectful—I have no complaints about her personality. However, she worked incredibly slowly. It took her nearly an hour just to wipe the inside of the fridge, and she left the top of it covered in thick dust. She only managed to clean 4 cupboards, forcing me to clean the remaining 4 and the cooker top myself!Because she ran out of time, she rushed the 2 bathrooms at the very end, leaving the floors so dirty and messy that I had to mop them myself immediately after she left. I hired this company because I physically cannot do this heavy work, yet I spent my afternoon cleaning up after them. When I contacted their online chat to make a complaint, the customer service was insulting. They tried to claim they "couldn't verify my identity" despite me providing my exact booking reference and payment details. The agent, Naomi, then actively refused to provide me with a customer service email or phone number to escalate the issue! They are happy to take your money, but they will completely stone-wall and ignore you if you have a problem. I want a 50% refund (£36) for this completely unacceptable service. Future customers beware: if anything goes wrong, they will block you from getting help

Very helpful and efficient. Happy to answer questions, and the work was completed to a high standard in good time.
My garden was completely overgrown and needed a lot of work, but Mohamed and Ali did an amazing job transforming it within 2 hours. They were Professional, hardworking, friendly, and the results were fantastic. They left everything looking clean, tidy, and beautiful. Highly recommend.
I've been a member of their club since last year but I've stopped getting any services for some time, reminded to review after another random call. This company is dodgy in my opinion. I used the locksmith service and it was a total rip off, I'd paid the callout fee but then was charged over £350 to fix the door (the issue was just that the key could not be taken out once locked). I was short of time so stupidly paid. I asked the guy why so expensive he said it's an emergency locksmith...it was not and nor does fantastic services advertise it as an "emergency locksmith" you just book the time that's convenient. I have used cleaning services and decluttering services but it is not what I class as professional cleaning/ decluttering and the staff need direction about what to do and to ensure basic things aren't missed. Worst part of this company is frequent cold calls trying to mislead you into thinking there's an offer of credits with a limited time left but this isn't even true. I would seriously avoid this company - looking at the number of positive reviews and reading them, I would seriously question how many are actually genuine.

I went to Fantastic's website to get a quote for some carpet-cleaning, only to find that at the last stage, before it will give you a quote, it requires you to create an account with them, which I didn't want to do at this stage.
So I called them, just to ask about this carpet-cleaning and told them I'd be in touch if I wanted to go ahead.
Well, since then, Fantastic Services have bombarded me with text messages and phone calls trying to get my business - there's no opt-out for the texts and I have to keep blocking the various mobile numbers they call me from.
I've called them to ask that they please stop harassing me and to leave me alone and the patronising woman on the other end just said she'd "put a note on the system", so we'll see. She immediately knew my name, which suggests they already set me up on their system without my consent.
If I ever was considering this company for anything, I'm certainly not now, if this is how they operate.
Top tip: If you do want to call Fantastic just to make an equiry, withold your number unless you want to be bombarded with marketing texts and calls!

Helpful and efficient. Arrived promptly and cleaned up well. Has completed paperwork and gas safety certificate has arrived.
I booked what was supposed to be an end-of-tenancy clean, as new tenants were moving into the flat.
I was told they did not have cleaners available for the end-of-tenancy service I had booked, but they could send one cleaner for six hours instead. The flat was already relatively clean, so I didn't think six hours would even be necessary, but I agreed because I specifically wanted the windows, walls, doors, oven and other areas properly cleaned, as well as the normal floors and bathrooms.
When the cleaner arrived, I clearly told her what I wanted done: walls, doors, windows, oven, plus the basic cleaning. She agreed.
After approximately five hours, I arrived at the flat to check how she was getting on. I found her sitting on the sofa playing games on her phone. As soon as she noticed us, she stood up and said, “Oh, I was just going to call you to tell you I'm finished.”
Great. So I suggested we check the flat together.
The windows still had spider webs on them. Her response: “Oh, I'm so sorry, I'll do that now.”
I ran my finger along the shelf above the unused fireplace. It was covered in dust. Again: “Oh, I'm so sorry.”
I moved the bed — which is extremely light and can easily be moved by one person — and underneath were hair bobbles, socks and dirt. Again, it hadn't been cleaned - and her response - i'll do it now
The mattress was still covered with hairs.
Then I went into the kitchen and opened the oven. It was extremely dirty and had clearly not been touched.
Her response? “Oh, we don't clean ovens.”
Excuse me? I had specifically told her when she arrived that I wanted the oven cleaned, and she agreed. If oven cleaning wasn't included, why didn't she tell me then? And why wasn't I told this when I booked the clean?
I immediately called the company because my new tenants were due to move in the next day at 1pm. I explained that I urgently needed somebody to clean the oven and that, frankly, I had just paid £118 for someone who appeared to spend part of the time playing games on the sofa, while obvious areas of the property had been left untouched.
They told me they were fully booked until the following week. I even offered to arrange for the new tenants to leave the property for an hour so somebody could come back and clean the oven.
I was then told they would need to listen to the recording of my original booking call and file a report. I am very happy for them to listen to it, because they will hear me clearly explaining that new tenants were moving into the property and what the clean was for.
They also asked me to take photographs. I live 45 minutes away by car. I am not making a 90-minute round trip simply to photograph dirt that should have been cleaned in the first place.
What makes this particularly embarrassing is that new tenants are moving into the property and may move furniture only to find dirt, coffee stains and other mess left behind, as well as a filthy oven. And these are only the things I happened to check.
For £118 I expected considerably more than bathrooms, sweeping and a few basic jobs that could have been completed in a fraction of that time- more liek an hour.
Calling this an end-of-tenancy clean is, in my experience, completely misleading. I paid for peace of mind before new tenants moved in. Instead, I was left checking the cleaner's work myself and discovering one missed area after another.
Extremely disappointing service and absolutely not what I paid for.

Teji arrived on time, was friendly and polite. Did an excellent job of cleaning the oven. Left the area clean and tidy.
