Just back from two weeks in Vietnam and had an incredible time! Accommodation was good quality and there were some unforgettable experiences included, waking up in Ha Long bay was a definite highlight. Our group leader Tu really went above and beyond to make sure the whole group had the best experience possible. He brought great knowledge and energy and really deserves the full 5 stars (if not more!). For me, the tour itself was only 4 stars. Stays in the north felt rushed while stays in the south felt too long - especially Nha Trang and Mui Ne where there was little to do. Some of the restaurants used were not great and the tour would benefit from these all being reviewed or some autonomy given to the group leader to choose local restaurants. Unfortunately the sand dune company used in Mui Ne was not safe and should be reviewed/removed.

Have used TOTUM several times for a professional body member card and have found the process easy. There aren’t a really wide range of offers available for the membership price paid but I have been able to save some money using my TOTUM membership

I used cottages.com to book a weeks stay in a lovely house in Cornwall. Booking was easy and all communications were clear. The place was as described on the site, really clean and perfect base for our holiday. The booking was made quite late but this caused no issues which was really helpful.

The Highlights of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan was an incredible experience! Walking and driving through stunning landscapes with strangers who so quickly became friends was so special and core memories were made. Our local guide brought so much energy to the group and the hospitality from locals was amazing. The tour itinerary was well thought out and having a plan for each day sent the night before was so helpful.

I’ve just finished the 12 day tour of Sri Lanka with Feel Free Travel and I’ve had the most incredible experience! This was my second tour with Feel Free so my expectations were already high but the tour went above and beyond what I was expecting - the local guides were amazing and the local experiences are moments I’ll never forget. Our group leader Will was always around to answer questions, give suggestions/recommendations and make sure we were all having the best time! I have no doubt I’ll be booking a third trip with Feel Free Travel really soon.

The 15 day Thailand tour with Feel Free was my first experience with a travel group and it did not disappoint. The website was really clear and gave lots of information which helped to settle my nerves in the run up to the trip.

I can’t believe how many destinations and activities were packed into the 2 weeks! It was all so well organised and all I had to do was turn up! There really was never a dull moment and a massive shout out to the group leaders Emily and Jake for always keeping it fun but being so supportive too. I know it’s a trip I’ll never forget and I only wish I’d done it sooner.

I placed an order and my items arrived quickly. I like shopping with schuh as they have so much variety.

I've placed orders with Tu several times and have generally always been happy with the service and speed of delivery. I had an issue recently where I had placed an order and later received an email to say one of the items was out of stock, the the website showed there were three in stock - I emailed the customer service team and was able to resolve the issue with them. So overall satisfied with the customer service.

I placed an order on 11/05/2020 and after it still hadn't arrived 4 weeks later, I phoned (waited an hour on hold) and requested a refund as an expected arrival date for my items still couldn't be given. I phoned again 2 weeks later when I had still had no response or refund from them. During this phone call, the advisor I spoke to seemed to get annoyed with me and raised his voice which I didn't think was necessary or acceptable. I was then passed on to a manager who assured me they would ensure my refund was paid and would keep me updated via email - I never heard from him again. Nearly 2 weeks after this second phone call, I left a review here which reflected my experience (I have since been asked to update it following my refund) and only then was I taken seriously. I received a call the same day from a member of the escalations and support team who processed my refund that day. I have now received my refund - nearly 8 weeks after the original order was placed. Overall, the service I received was unsatisfactory as I had to contact them several times to chase my refund for items I never received and I had to wait a long time to get my money back. I'll think twice about purchasing items from them again.
