Awful refund wait time and customer service
Recieved a faulty phone and requested a refund, they sent a replacement and then told me id have to send it back after it had already taken 2 weeks and have so far been waiting a further week for them to even start processing or looking into a refund since they received the phone for the second time. Tried to get in contact with customer service who ignored my GDPR request and closed the chat mid conversation and now have to wait a week for them to even contact me regarding my complaint about not receiving the notes on my file.

I would have given 5 stars if it hadn’t…
I would have given 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the fact Music Magpie use Evri for deliveries! Unfortunately Evri are very unreliable in delivering to my address/area and unsurprisingly I didn’t receive my order. I do try to avoid companies that use Evri.
Notwithstanding, once I’d contacted Music Magpie by email they responded immediately and sent a replacement, so top marks for customer service.

The assessment they gave was absolutely untrue. Talking about the “screen being detached, scratches that didn’t exist.
I genuinely am shocked with what I describe as “absolutely untrue” comments.
Go elsewhere, don’t waste your time on them.

I sold my samsung a53 to them i thought it was immaculate condition they offered £80 when it arrived with them they then offered £8 i declined. They returned the phone to me upon inspection i discovered it to be damaged i contacted them and they said unless i had pre-sale photographic evidence they i didn't have a leg to stand on.

Quality products and excellent service
I ordered David Cassidy CD Old Trick New Dog on 2nd November and it arrived today 5th November. It was packaged well. It is pre-owned but both the CD and casing are in excellent condition with no marks or scratches. It plays perfectly and is great value for money.

A lot of the DVDs skip or freeze when played. Responses to complaints can sometimes take a while to be resolved. To be fair they usually send a replacement.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE - £64 valuation to £15 offer
I've had the phone physically assessed in person the same day by a well known high street reputable tech shop and had been offered £58. I was honest on the site and chose to sent it MusicMagie who offered £64. They recieved it today and very quickly then sent an email offering £15. They have also lied in their assessment saying the screen was damaged and scratches the phone is nearly perfect and had a full protector around it and screen protectors on.
Here's what they said in my email.
After receiving your device, our technicians carried out a comprehensive assessment which identified that there was more wear & tear than we can accept for the quoted condition. This means we have had to adjust the offer price, in line with our website grading conditions. Sighting Screen as cracked when it isnt in their check list.
I declined their offer and they can now lose money from someone supposedly checking phone, I doubt to 2 mins and then sending it back to me at no cost to me.
Simply trying it on with customers is a disgusting practice. It better not be returned damaged or i will be take further action. Assuming that you video your unwrapping process for evidence from start to finish.
