A week to initiate a repair case?

I bought a laptop for work and was initially very happy.
A week ago it stopped charging and switching on, so I reached out to Refurbed for a repair.

It took Refurbed 3 days to tell me that another team will contact me. It is 5 days already and no one contact me yet. Tomorrow is Friday and of course no employee who respects himself in Germany won't do any work, almost weekend after all. So I expect to hear from them on Monday earliest. If the inquiry is successful and I will get to send it; it will take another 2-3 weeks. So a month in total.

It wouldn't be a big deal if it was a phone or a tablet, but it is my work laptop. Sorry, but this timing is just ridiculous.

The phone i ordered arrived well wrapped and as new. Delighted with it.

​I deeply regret selling my iPhone 16 Pro Max (512GB) through Refurbed. The device was in absolute pristine, flawless 'Exzellent' condition (Grade A) with 92% battery health, carefully documented with photos and videos right before shipping.

​Despite clear visual proof, their partner facility in Italy arbitrarily downgraded the phone to Grade C with false wear-and-tear claims and slashed their offer to €600. When I disputed it with full evidence, they simply ignored the proof and insisted on the lowball offer. Feeling exhausted and trapped by their bureaucratic process, I reluctantly accepted out of frustration.

​Apple offered €680 with zero hassle, and other platforms offered significantly better value without playing these unfair games. If you are planning to sell or trade in your electronics, stay away from Refurbed. Terrible customer support, unfair grading practices, and a complete waste of time and money. Never again!

Phone arrived well packaged

Very fast delivery and phone was as good as new. Would recommend to others.

I bought an Apple Watch off Refurbed.ie in June 2025. I wore it as normal and but got it wet accidentally in the shower. This invalidates the warranty, understandably, as this is a refurbed product. However, I wanted it to be repaired which I was happy to pay for and contacted Refurbed. I was sent an email saying that they are unable to do this and this led to a series of back and forth messages where they were making me get a report off a technician? I went to a technician who said it was never sealed properly and was not in an acceptable condition to resell. No technician is willing to write this in a report because of a dispute and not wanting to get involved. I would never buy off refurbed again and learned a lesson. Stay well away.

I bought a phone on refurbed recently and the condition was very good based on the ad; however, I received the phone in a disappointing or, I would say, upsetting condition. There was no screen protector, a nail mark on the screen, and deep scratches on the outer side of the screen, which does not match the description of very good condition based on the ad.
