Purchase of iPhone 16 Pro 256 GB
Decided to buy an iPhone 16 Pro 256 GB in "excellent" condition and a "standard" battery. My old Xiaomi Note 9 had become extremely slow and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I wanted to buy a phone with a great camera, but didn't have a budget for a new iPhone. Swappie seemed like the best compromise in this situation. The new phone arrived safely in just 2 days after purchase! The phone had a couple of scratches on the side (matching the described condition), but everything else looked brand new. The phone responds fast, the battery lasts long, and the screen protector was professionally positioned. Overall, my experience with Swappie was excellent. I'm glad I didn't have to buy a new phone.

Disappointed. The phone's screen malfunctioned within the warranty period. I sent it back. It has taken them a month to send me a new phone (still waiting for it to arrive). Furthermore the phone I bought had an extra warranty that said "we are so sure this phone is great that we promise to buy it back from you". But when I suggested they should buy it back, they refused, saying that the buyback guarantee for Premium Series iPhones wasn't valid anymore for my phone because they had changed policies. My question is how something can be called a 'warranty' if you can suddenly just say it isn't valid?

Because we no longer purchase or resell this specific model line, we are unfortunately unable to offer a buy-back for it.
However, as part of your warranty coverage, since an exact replacement for your original model was unavailable, our team upgraded your device to an iPhone 12 free of charge.
The good news is that we actively accept and purchase the iPhone 12 for resale! Once you receive your replacement iPhone 12, if you still wish to sell it back to us, you are more than welcome to do so. You will simply need to complete the sell form on our website and send the device in to us for evaluation.

My experience was the worst possible
My experience was the worst possible, I received an offer on my iPhone 13 Pro, always used with a cover and screen protection film, my device did not have any type of malfunction, I sent using the packaging provided by them to avoid breakdowns, I sent the phone still with a case and film, they sent me an e-mail saying that the offer on my device had changed and that the value was half the initial, my phone was damaged, the screen scratched and the housing scratched, I asked them to send me. the phone back, I have pictures and videos of my phone before it was sent and after I received it, I do NOT recommend it to anyone !!! I am seeking legal assistance regarding the case

Please note that these cosmetic imperfections are often much more visible under our specialized laboratory lighting, which is significantly more powerful than natural or typical household lighting.
We would also like to assure you that our refurbishment process is carefully controlled. All devices go through a thorough inspection and testing process, and our technicians handle the phones with extreme care during these checks. Because of these strict procedures, it is not possible for the device to sustain damage during our inspection process.
Upon reviewing the photos you provided prior to shipping, they appear to have been taken under standard, slightly dimmed lighting conditions. As a result, it is not possible to conclusively confirm or rule out the presence of faint screen or body scratches prior to dispatch from those images alone.
Additionally, damage occurring during transport typically manifests as structural defects, such as dents, cracks, or bends, rather than surface scratches alone.
We sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation has caused you.
