Absolutely devastated that I trusted…
Absolutely devastated that I trusted this Company. Sent a pristine IPhone 15 plus not a mark on it as was offered £315. I sent time and date stamped photographs etc.
Received an email to say it has deep scratches and dents and they offered me £115. They showed photos of damaged?? Clearly not time or date stamped so it’s obvious they damaged it and now I’m unable to sell it on. I’ve sent an email with all attached to trading standards..I will not let this go they are crooks. I’ve used other companies before without a problem but now wished I’d read some of the awful reviews out there. The customer service is shocking and each I’ve spoken to very rude and unable to answer the questions asked for eg …where’s your proof this happened before you received it??? STAY CLEAR OF THEM

Mazuma has the jump on any other buy your old tech.
I have said it before when using Mazuma, their prices beat most if not all when it comes to selling upgraded or no longer needed tech, but above all it’s definitely the service to me/you the customer. They have gotten even better at turning stuff around and paying really very quick.
Sent my Apple Watch Ultra 2 out on Saturday and my money was in my bank by Tuesday. You simply can’t beat that.
I refuse to use anyone else (there are some things Mazuma don’t take/want and that’s understandable, so I do sell the occasional thing to other companies) they can’t be beaten.
Over the moon with the service and super fast turnaround.

BE WARNED! Mazuma is the 3rd trade in company I tried after 2 others used fake photos to reduce trade in price not of my phone that funny enough didnt reflect my returned device condition. Mazuma claimed slight damage/scratches, I have video 360 of phone prior to submission it was pristine. Mazuma did not provide photo evidence of slight acratches/damage. I can't be bothered with a 4th attempt so gave in with reduced value.BE WARNED!!!
