Iphone 16Pro In Great Condition "Not According To Mazuma"
I have used Mazuma several times in the past and always been impressed with the service, so this recent transaction to me was a no brainier mint Iphone 16 pro 256, £515 offered I popped it in the post with original box (I know they advise you not too) I was confident that the phone condition was so good only being 1 year old and always protected also I examined the phone and took photos and my naked eye could see no scratches or marks on the screen.
I was flabbergasted with the 3 or more scratches or one deep scratch and offer of £435 which I rejected and went straight on Trustpilot to find a few recent customers with similar scenarios, should have checked here first note to self.
After a call and a re assessment they increased the offer to £445, as an engineer and certified OSD tech nerd Mazuma must have started examining phones with a microscope to detect what the eye can not.
I will not use Mazuma again something has changed in my opinion and to top it off I know have lost my original box.

I’d never used Mazuma before but they…
I’d never used Mazuma before but they offered the highest price for my phone so I sent it off at 4pm recorded delivery (I paid for this, 48 hour postage is free), they received it at 9am, checked and confirmed a few hours after and payment received by lunchtime. Was really impressed. Would definitely use them again.

Used Mazuma for 10 years , with minimal if any problems (even then they were solved fast ) I trust them as much as one can trust a company.
Prices are good and actually reflective of this weird “rampocalypse “ age we are in .
