Incredibly slow at responding and dispatching. Ordered a pre owned Xbox series S which said would be delivered by Monday 7th. Contacted customer services as hadn't had any update since I placed my order, was then told to contact the computing and gaming department who have not responded.

The order was for my son's birthday present and now it will not arrive in time. Asked for a refund as no idea of when it will actually arrive and have still yet to hear from them despite them being open on a Saturday.

A shame as I prefer to give products a second life than buy new.

I bought a PS5 described as A+ Pristine and am delighted with the purchase. The unit was in immaculate condition and had it been in an original box would have passed as new. Equally, the controller was unmarked and shows no sign of drift or stickyness.
I had cause to speak to the team regarding a query I had regarding delivery and found them to be extremely helpful.
Delivery was within the quoted timescale and the item was well packaged and protected.
I subsequently traded back an old PS4 and that process was easy and fair, so much better than dealing with the usual time wasters on FB marketplace etc.
Based on this first experience with The ioutlet, I would happily use again and have no hesitation recommending them.
