Great service & good prices. I have used Ioulet a few Times now & like the idea of refurbished as hopfully produits get reused.

We have bought three secondhand phones from iOutlet now - they have all been great. Quality far better than expected.

But what really sets these guys apart is the guarantee - which has been way beyond expectations. One of the phones had an issue with it's battery not holding charge after 10 months or so - the team replaced it no questions/hassle whatsoever.

And when that battery failed several months later and after the guarantee had expired, they replaced it again, still no charge, as a problem with the original fix.

For a company that already offered the best price for the model we wanted, this gives us so much confidence in the team and we will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

This must be my 6th purchase from The IOutlet. They are, in my opinion, the best refurbished phone company. They have a great range from immaculate to used condition, all reasonably priced. You get the option to take out extended warranty, buy a new battery etc to give you extra peace of mind.
You are able to track your purchase and it is always very well packaged and delivered intact.
I highly recommend and I will be purchasing from Ioutlet again.

Amazing, brought a ps5!

My iPhone screen was cracked and I’d been quoted £140 for a replacement by several companies. I went to iOutlet which was the only company to explain that it may just be the glass and not the screen that needed replaced which cost just £70. The repair took just 2 hours. Amazing service and I couldn’t be happier. A well deserved 5 stars - thanks!!

Ordered an iPhone 13 pro Max in the highest grade condition, pristine A+ in Alpine Green, my favourite colour for my birthday. 3 months into owning the phone the rear camera stopped working altogether along with the torch and the flash and obviously it had a front screen replacement prior that had been butchered because the camera on the front was blurry filled with dust from just everyday use. Got it repaired for free because it was in the 12 month warranty took almost 4 months. Got it back and within one month I had the same problem again.
contacted them about this and their excuse was. I’m sorry it’s out of the 12 month warranty. Two years down the line I’m still disputing this Via email with customer service who keeps shutting me down with the same useless excuses how it’s out of the 12 month warranty and it’s out of the 99 day warranty after the repair. My dream phone for my birthday was ruined by your inadequate repair team that failed to repair the product properly sent it back out and I had the same problem. They keep telling me that I have to pay the £70 repair fee. I am not repaying or paying twice for something that is meant to be already fixed. It’s a waste of £649. I would not recommend this company at all and this was my first time buying from the company I only did because they had good reviews however I believe that most of them must be fake considering the experience I have had. I know my rights and it’s well within the consumer right Stated here

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the inherent logic board defect was reported within warranty. Your previous repair failed to resolve the root issue, meaning the goods were not of satisfactory quality. I expect a resolution, or I will escalate this to Section 75 (if paid by credit card) or the Financial/Consumer Ombudsman.

Unfortunately, I just get ignored or the standard reply of it’s not in the 12 month warranty and it’s out of the 99 day repair warranty this is not an excuse. You just don’t want to earn up to your own mistake. Very sad.

Great company. Phone was as described and arrived on time. If you’re after new/refurbished phone, this is good choice.

Ordered an iPhone 15pro which arrived within the stated delivery time. The phone was rated as ’A’ but appears pristine and works perfectly. I also ordered a charging cable which had a faulty connector and would not plug into the phone or charger. I emailed IOutlet with this problem and a new working cable arrived the following morning via 1st class post. If the sign of a good company is not only their service but how they deal with problems or complaints I would recommend iOutlet without hesitation.

Fast delivery and what I expected. However, when setting the phone up I got an Apple message to say that genuine Apple parts had not been used when it was refurbished, which could cause issues.

I ordered a phone but when it arrived it wasn’t what I expected. I contacted the store and a return was arranged immediately. I received a refund within a week paid into my bank.
No problems whatsoever.

I have always been very satisfied with all the phones I have brought over the years.

Popped in to ask about an issue I was having with my smart watch strap disconnecting. Very generous with time and advice. Cleared out the fittings on the watch in case that solved the problem and didn't take any money from me for it, which I did offer.

What amazing support we received today regarding are iPad that was stuck in recovery mode and the guy that was on duty today went a extra 1000 miles and more to help us out and instead of shutting the store when it was closing time he stayed never gave up on the challenges that arrived in front of him and his patience with are disorganises chaos . sorry I didn’t catch is name but he was absolutely incredible so to the big boss make sure you give this man a massive pat on the back will recommend to everyone I meet once again thanks you so much

Ordered I phone 14 for my daughters birthday. Excellent phone however same can’t be said for customer service and delivery. Told via email that phone had been dispatched on the same day. Called customer service 5 days later as still no delivery and had not been given a tracking number. Only to be told that the phone was still waiting to be dispatched. 10 days after order placed the phone arrived and was just posted through the letter box ( no signature required for an expensive item). Unfortunately too late for my daughters birthday which ended in disappointment and tears as that was the only gift she wanted.
