I like the pick up service but I still can't find my trade number

I've traded several times and each experience has been great. It's easy to scan books in the app and completing the trade is easy. I think the prices paid are fair. I also like the feature in the app that says what books are in demand right now. Overall it's a good experience.

Such a simple process, totally stress free.

This site is good if you want to quickly get rid of books. However, I'd be careful in sending lots of books, especially if there is more than one box in one trade.

I recently had a sale of about £30, reduced to just £13. There were over 41 items in the trade, so they were sent in two different boxes. Many of the books had no barcode, but the ISBN or SBN codes were on the inside of the dustcover or on an inside page.

Half the items were processed as "no received". Given how many were marked as received, it seems like only one of the boxes was processed. This is deeply concerning. I understand that parcels can go missing in transit, but to not be notified that an entire box worth roughly £15 is missing is annoying, especially when it was sent via DPD.

What happens if the second box turns up? The order has already been marked as processed. Do they just keep the books and sell them on anyway without giving me the money promised? Feels like a little underhanded and a lot like stealing to me.

If you have issues like this, there is no way for you to contact anyone at the company, and the chatbox on the site has limited options, which makes it pretty impossible to find out more information.

My advice is to only send small amounts of books.

All the books were in box and it was stated 2 were not received. One book was rejected for excessive damage and it was a book that I never even used or looked at. That’s suspect. Expecting a certain amount and getting much less feels like a scam.

It was easy and convenient from start to finish. The process was simple to follow, and being able to post my books free of charge was a great bonus. Everything went smoothly, making it a quick and hassle-free experience.

Great service. Trade in prices are too low sometimes.
