It’s a great system allowing you to turn on your heating and appliances from wherever you are. On my way home I often turn the boost heating on so that my home is warm when I arrive. I’ve been using Hive fir around 4 years, It once went offline and the hive support was brilliant getting the system back up and running again. It is so flexible allowing you to add additional plugs, sensors etc as you want them.
