Paint delivery was a nightmare broken tin=?huge mess

placed the order, goods arrived in a few days :)

I went to custermor services counter to collect something and the cashier was rude and demeaning even to the point of ignoring me saying I was not waiting at the correct side and could not serve me were I was. Making me walk approx 30 yds to end up less then 4 ft from were I was.

Good quality at a reasonable price.Click and collect was easy and a kind staff member helped us to the car with it

Yes, Order and delivery. All good.

The collection took forever at least 15 minutes when my turn.. This was due to staff shortages and tills needing to be manned.
Won't use it again

Love these mirrors I bought one last year for my granddaughter for her new look garden which was a mess when she moved in... This mirror along with new make over looks just right so decided to treat myself to 2...

It came on time and price was good unfortunately the delivery driver left it outside the outside door of my flats even though I was at home as I have arthritis and it was 60litres of cat litter I could could not bring it in to my flat myself even though I'm the ground floor had to keep waiting on a neighbour coming into the stair to bring it in very disappointed

DHL delivery was not when stated and lid was partly off the paint tin. Some had spilt. I paid for next day delivery and got it 5 days later. Paint was as good as ever so that’s something good to report

Absolutely horrendous customer service!
Brought a spa online at the beginning of summer.....it's leaking water through the airflow outlet! So it's faulty!
I have been trying to return this spa for 6 weeks! Says you can return stuff to your local Range store? Not if it's a third party retailer product is what I'm told once I get in store.
Repeatedly for the last 6 weeks I have been in store for them to call wilko head office to be Repeatedly lied to about the next moves wilko make (not by the range staff as they are just as tired of this as myself!)
But as a customer I am unable to speak to anyone at wilko, this has shown just purely negligence due to you never have the same person answering you!
I will advise anyone that buys from wilko online.... make sure you will not need customer care support after as there's ZERO!!!!!

I order some fence paint after checking in stock and put some antibacterial wipes on (£1/2 pack) order. Paid postage for the order then received email saying paint no longer available! That meant I ended up paying all the postage for item i didn't really want in first place😮 should have refunded me my postage

Hi one of the frames has a big crack in it , didn’t open it until yesterday so I’m over the returns date . I have still used it as o can’t be bothered to send it back

My order is usually heavy, so I am pleased it is split into two well packaged parcels.
They arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition.
