Damaged boxes
Parcels did come within the allocated time which was great but they just threw them down from the back of the van onto the ground damaging the boxes and I had to ask them twice not to do that. Also some boxes were squashed in transit as everything just looked as it had been thrown in the back of the van.

Really disapointing service
This is a 24 hours store And the driver did not even bother to come off his car so he decided to take a picture from his van to say we were not in the store during the first attempt.
This is not the first time that 1 of your drivers does that to us.
The worst part is that we dont have the tools to call you straight or complaint about it until we receive this email to give you a rate. Really really bad service as usual. It is sad to say, but it is the truth.

Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service. Requested on delivery note for the items to be placed in my garage. Delivery driver did not ring the doorbell but notice him at the front of front door piling up the raspberry lemonade cans packed into cardboard boxes against my front door. When I said to him they need to go in my garage, he said I only have one minute to make the delivery and started to reload my goods back in his van and drive off.
Eventually the whole order was delivered on three different days and times and always without ringing my doorbell or knocking my door. Very poor experience of a national delivery service.
