Have had an ultion lock installed in my new front door and was prompted to order the lubricant to maintain the warranty. Despite applying it, sometimes the lock and key can be stiff to open and is a bit tricky to manoeuvre which can be a faff. But in terms of security, I am reassured as I am the holder of the key and no additional copies can be made due to the unique code, which is a feature I like.
