Excellent service received at the Lymington Opticians branch by Taran and Cleola. My expensive prescription sunglasses broke on one of the arms which should last more than a year, and they changed my lenses over to a new pair with no hesitation! Fabulous service thank you, much appreciated

Oven couldn’t be fixed as now parts aren’t available to them yet we can see them online via another company so why can’t BG order them and fix the issue? We can order it and rebook another appointment with the engineer but it’s now probably unlikely to be fixed before Xmas. Was told we would get a call from the appliance replacement’s dept but still waiting for this call!!

Clothing far too small despite going by the size guide!! Contacted for return info and told no refund!! Offered a discount which I refused as trousers no good if they don’t fit. I’m sending it back to the po address as recorded delivery and not paying the bill on my Klarna account as I’ve returned them. They can sort it out between them!
