TO ANYONE CONSIDERING ORDERING FROM CHO: PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Don't just look at the positive reviews. Take the time to read the ONE-STAR REVIEWS and the experiences of other dissatisfied customers before placing an order. I certainly wish I had.

UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL – AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I have never experienced such an appalling example of customer service. The way CHO has handled my complaint has been nothing short of shameful.

My parcel never arrived. Marked as delivered outside my home but I was NOT HOME AN NO PARCEL FOUND Despite raising the issue immediately, I was expected to wait until 1 December for an investigation into a parcel supposedly delivered on 20 October. SIX WEEKS!

Instead of taking responsibility, I was faced with suggestions that Royal Mail could investigate CCTV, contact neighbours and even turn up at my home. Absolutely outrageous. I was a customer reporting a missing parcel, not someone who should be made to feel intimidated.

I eventually had to open a PayPal dispute to recover my money.

And the disgraceful treatment didn’t end there. CHO has refused to address my outstanding postage refund, which was charged separately, and has repeatedly attempted to wash its hands of the matter by directing me back to PayPal.

Their own emails contain contradictory explanations about whether PayPal has actually recovered the funds from them. When challenged, rather than providing a clear explanation, they simply become defensive.

THE COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS IS APPALLING.

No accountability. No meaningful resolution. Just excuses, deflection and an exhausting battle to get a problem resolved that should never have been mine to fight.

I find their attitude towards customers utterly contemptible.

If this is how CHO treats customers when something goes wrong, I would strongly suggest thinking twice before ordering from them.

I HAVE LOST EVERY LAST BIT OF CONFIDENCE IN THIS COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN.

And perhaps the most astonishing part of this entire experience was their closing response, which I found intimidating and completely inappropriate. Rather than addressing my complaint, they made a point of telling me they would provide their version of events MORE LIES should any consumer LEAVE A REVIEW ON TRUST PILOT

It came across as an attempt to discourage me from speaking publicly about my experience.

I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED INTO KEEPING QUIET. I AM ENTITLED TO SHARE MY HONEST EXPERIENCE, AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I AM DOING.

CHO should be far more concerned about how it treats its customers than about customers telling others their own version what happened to cover their tracks
