My experience with Secret Sales is Good

My experience with Secret Sales is great in terms of buying but returning the goods is sometimes a bit of issue when you have bought from different sellers under Secret sales. The prices that secret sales offers are really great and gives me an option to use klarna easy payment too.

A Terrible company!

A Terrible company!
I bought some items and returned them since February. They claim not to have received them. I provided proof of postage and return. They have since not refunded me. DPD, which is their preferred postage company has confirmed that the items have been classified as lost and they have told secret sales (LPG) to make claims for these items but they refused, Meanwhile, the Avios points I got from this purchase has been removed but then my money wasn’t refunded. A certain Mike had wrong claims to which I asked him to provide proof of his conclusion, to which he hasn’t replied till date. I have all proof, I want my Money back!

The dress was absolutely beautiful

The dress was absolutely beautiful, unfortunately, other customers said to go down a size so I went for a 10 instead of a 12 and when I received it, it was too small across the chest and you haven’t had a size 12 in since.

All good until returns

All good until returns, promised refund hasn’t
materialised and despite 3 messages to find out why the only reply I have is this one asking me tell them about my experience, not a good service and I certainly won’t be giving them another chance

I can’t fault this company

I can’t fault this company, I’ve bought stuff a few times over the years and never had an issue, always genuine products at good prices. Shipping is always pretty quick too.
