The dress is beautiful. I always like my clothing from Ted Baker. However, the dress was too small. I always purchase the same size, so it was disappointing because it was a no return sale item.

Service and Delivery Service the worst ever!
Disasteeer! Delivery and Customer Service it was totally a disaster. I paid for "Next Day Delivery" which didnt arrive the next day it took one week. After claiming and trying to change the delivery to home town which I addressed after 3 days of not getting my package, which they didnt aknowladge, I asked for an order cancelation, they didnt cancel the order and the next day they left the package outside of the house on the floor. After myselg contacted plenty of times telling them that I am not longer in that address.. they didnt care!. I am trying to reach out to give me a solution and OFC NOT ANSWER!

I brought two boxes of the perfumes, very happy when I received them only to find in one box, one of the bottles had leaked all over the cardboard box they were in, so I can't give that set away as a Xmas present !!

One item was missing and I as asked to fill out a form to begin an investigation. There was not investigation made bec the agent and the robot answered fast and a refund was made. I was not even told if the item was still available.
