Ordered some goods was promised a 15% discount but could only get 10% contacted customer service she said she’d honour the 5% extra discount. I was most impressed. lucinda said she would get this done to my absolute shock and horror she refunded 75 pennies twice. I then had the unfortunate experience of dealing with someone called Cassie totally useless not worth the salary she is paid as she is simply telling me to return the items when I was trying to get the whole thing rectified how can you have staff like that? That wants the business to lose money? I would personally get rid of people like that and have intelligent ones that communicate promptly with customers so an absolutely horrid service. What could’ve been five stars turned into one star

Staff was super kind, helped me with my exchange quickly and was just nice overall!

I'm sure the quilted jacket i ordered is a great product but i have not received the product ordered.
When contacted customer services chatbot after 6 days i was told that my item had gone missing &they would not send me a new jacket,but would be refunding the value back within the next 3-5days.
This is hardly a good service from a top quality brand!

On line delivery is poor. I understand it’s claimed to be free but the cost must be in the item. Ordered 27th October no sign of any parcel on 5th November looking like expected 7th November. Hope the jeans fit when they eventually arrive.

We saw the item on line. We went to cheshire oaks ( 40min drive ) but the item size required was out of stock. The very polite and professional lady in store, ordered for us, for home delivery, and the item arrived on schedule.

Firstly, I ordered size 12 (as I had ordered a size 12 last year which fitted fine) only to find that when I received the two shirts they were 2 inches bigger (as far I was concerned they should have received a size 14 label) so they had to be returned.
The return process via your website was an absolute nightmare - nothing was clear, poor help and no phone number to call if you were having difficulty. In fact I was almost in tears at the end of it all. Eventually I managed to work out how to do a return. Rest assured I will NEVER order from your website again no matter how much your items might appeal.
