The product is good but the size tended to be on the tight side but wearable.
Delivery from an on line order was brilliant.

The shorts are a great fit, well made and a really vibrant green colour which is fun and stands out. I appreciated the extra coverage at the back and they were comfortable worn for a whole day. The delivery was also quick and efficient.

I recognise I missed the 14 day window for a refund . Considering I simply wanted the exact same item, which is still available, in a smaller size, it would be good customer service to accommodate

This company is a total joke.in the sale a knickers i wanted was 21 euro.how do they expect u to pay that.well out of reach for me.i go to marks and spencer and get brauitful knickers for 6 euro.will not use them again.i would give no star if i could.i have unscribed from them.

Good , enough space, weatherproof

No interest in customer service whatsoever. Has echoes of the way Jack Wills went down the pan a few years ago...

Terrible website with glitches right left and centre, offers designed to look good and then catch you out at the checkout, hidden costs that appear at the last minute and stock that disappears the moment you reach checkout. I've spent over an hour trying to place an order and given up.

When you do contact customer services you get an AI response designed to fob you off with no solution or way to reach a human.

Very disappointing after being a customer for the last ~20 years, but the steady decline has been clear for a while now.

Products great. Rating would have been a 5 star, however I had to wait over a week for delivey!

My item arrived with a security tag on it we had to go to our nearest store - a hour away - not great

ordered L size , neck & sleeve perfect but body way too tight so returned. So then ordered XL ( never been XL in my life ), body perfect but neck & sleeves too big , so returned. Given 3 stars just because easy to return .
