My gift

Well made dress. Feels comfy, fits my personality, love the attention to the small things. Took a risk with online purchase, and so pleased with dress on arrival, all packaged as a special gift to me.

Please don’t use Evri for mailing

Please don’t use Evri for mailing, they are awful! I ordered two pairs of shoes, for some reason they came separately. My delivery was “delayed” and took way longer than Royal Mail. They were then dumped in the garage.

Please introduce petite sizes.

Beautiful dress from Monsoon as always. However as a short person I’d love it if they introduced a petite size. My “midi “ length dress comes down to my toes. OK for what I wanted it for but often I have to return things because they really are too Impractical for the need.

Great service

I saw jeans in your sale and I previously purchased them in a different colour. Your shop closed in my city but you delivered them to another store and I collected them in a couple of days . I like your design and quality . I used to be on your list before and having had numerous emails this last week I now realise why I unsubscribed. Slow it to 1 a month or I’ll unsubscribe again.

Love it

Easy to use website. Absolutely love my dress, fit is generous, perfectly comfortable, warm and makes me look slimmer. Price was high for me but definitely worth the extra money for a decent dress, it will be worn a lot this winter.
