I used the Doctorsa service whilst on holiday from the UK in Seville. I have fantastic UK travel insurance but the reality is I have to call NatWest who give me an authorisation number to then go and visit a clinician later in the day. As it was a Sunday I thought I would give this a try. Within 20 minutes I was having a virtual call with a doctor for €25. Super easy. I could choose from a selection of three local
Doctors. The doctor was super nice and emailed me a prescription which I dispensed locally with no issues or questions. Fantastic service I would use again without question.

Fit an appointment within 20 minutes and the doctor was thorough and addressed the issues. Sent prescriptions via email which were quickly filled at a nearby pharmacy. Highly recommend and would use again if needed.

I highly recommend Doctorsa, particularly when travelling abroad alone and feeling vulnerable with medical issues. Dr Jouan (bilingual in French and English) was friendly, warm, and reassuring. She took her time in asking many questions, clearly explained the diagnosis and symptoms, the steps that I needed to follow, and was prompt in sending the pharmacy prescription. My medical issue resolved after a few days and I was reassured that I had a clear plan of action, and the right medications, should it reoccur.
It was also very reassuring to receive a follow up email outlining that I had access to Dr Jouan for 7 days.
I felt confident that I could rely on Doctorsa for the duration of my travels should I need it in a timely manner. I had the video appointment with Dr Jouan within an hour of having applied online, on a Sunday at 8am!

Left all my heart medications on a river cruise boat in germany. Discovered this whilst in vienna. Found doctorsa online, managed to get a booking for the same day. The doctor sent a script to a local chemist and problem solved. This took 2 hours from start to finish and the majority of time was walking to and from thhe chemist!

I'm so happy I found this company's website. I was able to schedule an immediate time for a video appointment and speak with a doctor who understood just was I needed to manage rapidly devolving asthma symptoms. He provided a digital prescription and I had drugs in hand in a matter of hours. Really an excellent service.

I was sceptical at first as it seemed too good to be true to get an online video appointment at 1.30am. The doctor I met with via video appointment was brilliant. She sent me a WhatsApp prescription minutes after my appointment and I was able to collect my antibiotics the morning for a UTI. Would recommend this service. I was able to message further questions via WhatsApp after my appointment.

While on holiday in Spain my daughter's ear became very painful after a lot of swimming. Filled out a simple online form & was called within minutes by a doctor who issued a prescription for antibiotic ear drops! Very reasonably priced & efficient.

I got sick on a European River Cruise and thankfully our tour director put me onto Doctorsra.com. Within the hour I had had a video conference appointment with the Doctor and a prescription emailed to the nearest pharmacy in Passau, all for 25 Euro. The registration process was easy (just had to answer some questions and provide details on what was wrong), as was using WhatsApp for the video call. There was a good range of doctors to choose from and their prices were all detailed in their listing. All in all it was a very positive experience, especially when you are feeling sick. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I was ever ill in Europe again.

Left my heart medication behind in the UK at the start of a driving holiday through Spain and Portugal. At our first two night stop I started the process of trying to get some thinking this would take all the time we had here. Searched online and found Doctorsa which I admit did sound to good to be true. The entire process, from filling in the form online, choosing the doctor, paying a relatively very small fee, having a brief video chat, getting the email with the prescription, printing it at the hotel, walking to a pharmacy (luckily) 300m away and getting the medicine was an unbelievable 35 minutes. Astonished and delighted - brilliant service , give it a try, thoroughly recommended

On a group tour in Spain, my traveling companion got an infection and needed antibiotics and a prescription in Spanish. With an hour, we scheduled and had a virtual appointment and the prescription in hand. The doctor was thorough, kind, and efficient. I can't overstate how great the experience was. Traveling abroad can be stressful, and Doctorsa took all the stress out of our medical predicament. So very grateful!

I was a little sceptical about using this service but I have to say how wrong I was, the service saved me paying out for an appointment in a medical centre which would have cost a lot more.

I had an appointment within 45 minutes of paying the fee, which the Doctor then checked if I wanted to bring it forward, which I did.

During the consultation the Doctor was very clear on the treatment, what would happen next and how to obtain my required medication.

I was given a code to obtain 3 items and also sent the prescription on email. I was in Greece, so it actually detailed the cost of each item. I went to the pharmacy and in my case I showed them the prescription and they scanned the barcode, but you can give them the code also. The pharmacy picked my items straight away, I paid, then left.

My initial contact to getting my medication was less than 1 hour, which included getting to the pharmacy.

I would definitely recommend this service and if I ever require this type of
service again I would definitely use Doctorsa.

This system worked brilliantly! Fast, easy and efficient, the doctor was so helpful and knew exactly what I needed and sent over the prescription. Wish it was as good as this in the uk!!
