First class products, delivered quickly, what more could you ask, thank you

I purchased Rush Brazilian Glamour Virgin Gold King Yaki Bulk, marketed as 100% pure virgin Remy human hair. Upon preparation I found excessive shedding, short pieces throughout, and multiple synthetic threads embedded across both bundles, clearly inconsistent with virgin Remy hair. A formal complaint is ongoing under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have photographic evidence of all issues and will update this review once resolved.

The pricing is unbeatable with the convenience of home delivery.

Placed my second order delivery people lost it so never arrived . I rang someone was going to ring back after I told them my package had not arrived and didn’t . I rang again gave me a refund . The refund didn’t arrive until after I placed another order and paid again and was delivered and emailed before it was refunded.

As always, Paks delivered promptly. The item was in excellent condition and I’m really happy with the purchase. There are a lot of questionable online beauty retailers out there but Paks is not one of them. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Paks!!

The customer service was impeccable. My initial order was out of stock so, I reached out to yourselves and I was offered an alternative option. My order came within the specified time frame, too.

High Quality products with very reasonable price

Ordering and Dispatching was excellent. Products excellent.
But delivery with Evri is a nightmare.
My package landed at a friendly neighbour instead of my address. It's worth checking to change your delivery operations as Evri is known to be a nightmare in Birmingham.

Im missing three item from my order

I was delighted to see how reasonable the prices were and such a good range of things that I'm likely to buy and use. Excellent delivery times as well. I have already recommended them to a friend.

They use Evri to deliver who have stonewalled me with fuzzy black pictures saying they have delivered and they clearly haven’t. You then claim on a document that doesn’t open(deliberately?)and when completed they do not reply.
This is a disgrace at the hands of evri and one has to ask why Pak use them and it reflects badly on them. I am now well out of pocket with no recourse except the court of public opinion

I used to order here all the time. Recently ordered next day delivery. Parcel was sent without checking…they didn’t put door number. Parcel never got to me Royal Mail said they can’t deliver it in the middle of the street. Fair enough I re ordered after being told I would be refunded!!! That was the 24th. Until today I hvnt received my money back 15days later! The audacity to tell me they will refund me once they received parcel from Royal Mail back….. these were returned to you 25/06....I called Royal Mail today & they said the shop should have already received these as it takes maximum 3-5days as it is in the UK. Shop decided not to put my door number just street name hence they refused to deliver it. I trusted Paks and paid my hard earned money and why have I waited 15days and still they ask for more and more patience! It shows on Royal Mail that I didn't receive these goods, they never reached me so why not refund me as they were never delivered to me! whether Paks receive their goods back from Royal Mail or not take that up with Royal Mail, where do I come in when I never touched the package. I paid PAKS for a service that I didn't receive and I need a refund.

Awful company. Ordered purifed watwr from them. Paid for delivery then they had the cheek after making me wait to email me asking for £10 extra for delivery as it was over a certain weight limit. I rung them to cancel and the woman i spoke to was soo rude! Spoke over me multiple times, had a massive attitude problem. Once she said the refund was sorted didnt say "anything else you need?" Or even "goodbye". Literally just cut the phone off on me. 2 mins later got an email confirming refund. Honestly, shocking customer service. AVOID!
