They use Evri to deliver who have stonewalled me with fuzzy black pictures saying they have delivered and they clearly haven’t. You then claim on a document that doesn’t open(deliberately?)and when completed they do not reply.
This is a disgrace at the hands of evri and one has to ask why Pak use them and it reflects badly on them. I am now well out of pocket with no recourse except the court of public opinion

Overall a very good experience and with people who clearly cared about the furniture the processes to bring the furniture to a really high presentation.

I have just purchased a second hand vehicle from you and the service and delivery of what we needed was excellent. I cannot think of anything that I would change in the process. The team found the car and then all other aspects of advice were well considered and the event was a great success. I am talking here of the sales team in Nottingham.
However I had also been with my prior car using the service team and the level of service here was equally as good.
In such times as we live it is nice to have such an experience and I feel the level of diligence taken regarding Covid protection for staff and customers is better than I have seen anywhere else in the retail environment.
