Excellent service

I had a new smart meter fitted on Friday 17 October. I noticed immediately that my electricity went straight to emergency although I had £5.09 on it before the new meter was installed. The gentleman that fitted the meter informed me that it should rectify itself within a few days and not to worry. Well I topped it up over the weekend and early hours this morning but the money was not going onto the meter. I called out of hours service and spoke to a lovely person that advised me to top it up again maybe I had not put enough money to cover the debt it went into. Anyways I called the out of hours service again and spoke with John this time. John immediately knew what was wrong, and credited the £25.00 on my meter. Apparently, it was going to the old meter instead of the new one. Excellent customer service. Thank you, John for sorting this out for me!

Excellent delivery service, enjoying the products we ordered. Kids and I are enjoying sweet plantain chips. These are our favourite brand, and their not burnt. I was so happy to find out that I can order direct from Tropical Sun because I can not always find the big tub of plantain chips.

Delivery was good, but packing could have been done better. Some food items got squashed! Would order again and they have a great range of products.

I love Iceland and the staff are excellent at their job. Sometimes the food is not chilled and they deliver very late. I think that during the lockdown they tried to do as many deliveries and maybe it has affected this. They also came very late with items missing but one emailed they did come back and deliver. Very good company and hope things improve. I am a bit put off from ordering would rather go in store. I have 2 young children and am working full time so delivery is preferable. Iceland you are a great company just hope improvements can be made. Thank you for all you guys do especially during the lockdown. You start to appreciate things more. I have worked throughout and you guys have been working very hard to feed the nation. Blessings to you all.

Good company. Only things is my 2 free items where not in the box which I put down to an error and staff maybe working under pressure. Have emailed but no response yet. Their products are very good.

Update they never did respond to my email. I will not order direct from the company again since they did not respond to my email. I will however still purchase their products in store or from boots.
