I have been Scam by myhairandbeauty.co.uk
On 11. July 2026 i baught an WAHL Power Pik 3000 hairdryer for 25,95€ and paid 6,95€ for shipping ( 3-7 days delivery). On 17 July 2026 i received a message from their customercare a notification about a cancel of an order with a strange order number i have nothing to do with. I wrote to them that i received that mail in error. The same day evening, i received an other mail that refund is on the process since i've cancel my order. First of all i did not cancel my order. In sted of receive my package, it an e-mail for refund i've received. Not only that they notified me that they will refund 25.95€. This means they keep my 6.95€ i paid for shipment. It seem like is this busness is all about, the product they show online are not exist but just to attract people to be scammed. I don't get this, they cancel my order and then myhairandbeauty.co.uk mean they are in right to retain shipment fees.

The delivery took a long time which is understandable because it’s from the united kingdom but still, but all in all I’m happy to have the product now.

I have not received my package. Doesn’t seem to have reached the courier company (EVRI) yet. If there’s no positive activity in the next couple of days, I’ll be looking for a refund.

I ordered a shampoo on 3rd May. After two weeks, I contacted customer service because my parcel was nowhere to be found. I was told that delivery could take up to 18 working days, excluding weekends. When I contacted them again on 7th June, I finally received a refund. Very disappointing service.

Poor customer service and choice or courier
This was to be delivered to my work address in which we are open until 9pm at night, our usual evri driver was on holiday so we had a temp.

For whatever reason this driver took a photo of the door of the open business, then sent this parcel and several others back to sender for no reason.

I get in contact with customer services, not only are they not going to refund my original postage charge, but if I want my order, i would need to repay postage.

Non of this is my fault, this has all been caused by a terrible delivery driver, doing a card chargeback as not received items, nor should I take the financial hit due to them using a sub-par delivery company

I didn’t receive my order because the courier didn’t call me to open the door

Ordered and cancelled later my products due to extra taxes for delivery in The Netherlands. After several emails I still didn't receive my refund, although they told me to check my creditcard. No refund and they didn't send a creditnote after several questions by email.

Their delivery was very quick. I have never received a parcel that was as fast as that.

No problems with the seller hair and beauty. Product arrived well packaged and was dispatched promptly. The price is fair so thank you Hairandbeauty. I am based in Italy and it was impossible to track the item once it had left the UK, which complicated delivery arrangements as there were (thanks to the wisdom of Bexit) a €9 supplementary customs and postage charge. Since Brexit these charges are normal and out of the retailers control. Still 5* to Hairandbeauty, thank you.
