All smooth and got what I wanted

Just purchased bottle of patchouli reminiscence elixir absolute con bottle of perfumed water nearly non existent smell and doesn't last 10 minutes avoid at all costs do not get ripped off like I did jr Cumbria

I ordered some sun cream products from NOTINO then realised that I may not if left enough time to receive them before my holiday.
I emailed the company to explain my situation very quickly Adri from NOTINO Emailed me back .
I was absolutely amazed from contacting the company within 3 days I received my order the customer care and service from this company was fantastic 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the courier company that delivered my items DPD kept me informed of my date and time of delivery excellent
I would highly recommend recommend this company for product choice price and quality will definitely be ordering again

I buy so many perfumes from this site I never had a problem but today I receive a fake perfume from Cristian Clive. I buy two bottles before but this time the smell have nothing to do with the original. I hope I will get my money back.

I ordered a fragrance almost a week ago, it was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of September, up to no, no delivery, no communication, I am disappointed.

I ordered a make up pallette, I got a huge box of 30 dehumidifiers (the cheap disposable ones!!) It came in massive box, like sorry, but how did that happen? Are your warehouse workers thick, stoned or just overall incompetent? Not impressed.

Love how they have a range of different products and their prices are also pretty reasonable. My only issue is delivery. They shipped quickly and it reached the Courier within two days but both the times my parcel was lost. The customer service was so helpful to send me replacement but because of the delivery service I don’t know if I would order in the future.
