Great products at great prices. And very fast delivery.

You seem to want to push Session which I have never seen before. I ended up buying Session by mistake, sent it back and ordered Freeze. I have now ended up with 1 Freeze and 2 Session. All I can think is because you want to sell Session the order page reverts back to Session, Customer Services keep asking for photographs which I can't send. I have lost the will to live to deal with Justmylook. This is a shame as I have always used you to buy hairspray.

Great service

Ordered 2 items at the end Oct, on opening the parcel it looked to be what i had ordered. I opened one of my items as majority of the boxes of the brand i ordered are all the same in colour so thought nothing of it, until i saw the bottle, i instantly thought this isn't what i had ordered. Checked my emails incase i had made mistake, but no it was an incorrect product.
I emailed customer services and sent photos of the incorrect item i had been sent, but the response was poor, that being i am unable to return the item and they will not provide a refund. When questioned, their response was because i had opened the outer box seal, regardless if i hadn't used the product they can't do anything to rectify this. I replied, stating the packaging of these items in question are the same in colour so i didn't think anything of it,and the last thing i expected was to be sent the wrong item, i went on to explain the customer service was poor as i now have a product i didn't even order or want, and what they have sent me was also less money than what i had paid.
I'm now out of pocket and stuck with a product i didn't order or can even use.
Never had an issue before with this company but after this will not order again and will use alternative companies where the customer service is known to be better.
Always check the outer packaging in future before opening!
