These guys were so disgusting towards me the service was awful they brought to me a broken box where the perfume was leaking and they didn't even took responsibility about it they compensate me with 2 pounds when I bought two items the first one came okay and the second was broken event though I gave them all the evidence showing that the item came broken..

Fake product
Ordered skinceuticals c e ferulic prevent and the product appears to be fake. The plastic packaging has Chinese written on it and a warning label. They need to investigate their supplier. I have contacted cosmetify for a refund and await a response.

paid for my order through Apple Pay but apparently the sender omitted my door number on the label and I never received it , the seller has received it back from Royal Mail but I haven’t had a refund !
