HhS2000 soundbar. With 43" LG tv and sky Q. Poor instructions, thanks utube. Voice confirmation poor, no on screen visuals (matching hisense tv ?). Led's on front panel unclear remote cheap and doesn't respond well. I have given 4 stars because for the price the sound quality is good ,I suspect my LG tv not best pairing.i may look at Hisense tv if LG gives up.

Diane was prompt in response to my email query and answered my enquiry regarding transfers. I dropped a star because the website process is not transparent. Greyed out options not helpful.

Only 3 stars because web site and ordering process is awful. Continually freezes and refreshes when trying to complete purchase probable due to high Res images on nearly every page. Needs slimming down at least at purchase stage

Returned after a couple of weeks to confirm our choice of furniture. Please to be greated by same sales person who helped us last time and more so this time to reach a decision and place an order

No zero star option for this atrocious company.
One week late at this date. The parcel is not too large as stated in your stupid tracking message in fact it would probably fit through my letter box so you do not have to send it with a specialist carrier. Nor did you manage to ship it within the 48 hours stated from your Bradford depo which is apparently as far as it ever got. Your on line chat help (Holly) is nonsensence no successful contact outcome is possible. Also your telephone number auto directing options are equally useless. You need to sort your acts out I have given feed back regarding your incompetence on this occasion and hopefully my suppliers will take note and future deliveries will be via other carriers. I certainly will never send parcels via you.
As far as the above parcel you can stick it I have been elsewhere and recieved good service.
To close, if your attention to this email is as good as the rest of your system I have just wasted another 10 minutes trying to communicate with Hermes.
I have since composing this message that the email address is no longer in use. Bottom line Hermes service is so bad they can't offer a face to face solution option for failed delivery list parcels. Disgraceful.

I thought I was getting a cordlessl vacuum with free upgrade to pet hair version and car kit. Got the car kit but what's the pet hair version have I got it how do I tell. Have to disentangle main brush head after every use

Nothing wrong with the properties we have visited however contacting Sykes of Lakelovers is almost impossible. Return emails are blocked and making contact via the one phone number is a waste of time. Contact ceases after you pay deposit. Then resumes till Ballance paid then your on your own.

All round good service can't fault easy to track and turn up right on time.

I will update later if I find issues with accessing/modifying details due to no personal contact options.
Also I don't like the auto renewal policy but I will be blocking this at a later date hopefully without issues.

stayed with EDF even though I could have switched to a tariff a few pounds a month cheaper because all quotes are based on average estimated use and useless for a proper comparison. at least with EDF i have found I can ring and have monthly direct debits "smoothed out" when they increase. I will be monitoring and will switch in spite of £30 early exit fee if changes later in the year.

Comparison site. Good price/content. Straight to supplier site. Nothing to change so easy stages. Didn't need to send proof of NCD. So one less he hassle. Not needed to communicate yet so time will tell. Reviews seem ok. One slight criticism. I would have liked an option to opt out of auto renewal.

Have used Military 1st several times. As always service is good, prompt and accurate. Website is excellent. Price's reasonable. Range of products good. As yet have not had to return anything so I don't know the reaction for this

Came into the store not expecting to buy having checked a mattress on line. But the lady assistant was so helpful, and she found us what we where looking for and better . Plus a mattress needs to be seen and tried, can't do that on line.
