Quick process but quote increased 6+% from comparison site
Used 2 comparison sites for insurance. varying in qoutes for the same company. When I clicked through to your website and confirmed details quote went up from £421 to £447 6.18% more than initial quote. Processes was quick on Aviva website. Hopefully live up to 5* defaqto rating.

Car Insurance Renewal
It was car insurance renewal time and like the majority of drivers one was after an affordable price as I’m a pensioner with a limited budget. I first contacted my current insurer only to find they’d hiked the renewal price up beyond my budget. It was after trying a few companies I tried Aviva who were excellent. They quoted a very affordable price and also offered a really good policy coupled with a user friendly procedure online. I would highly recommend that if you’re looking to insure your car give them a visit.

Avoid Aviva at all costs.
Insurance are meant to help you when you are not at fault. My parked car was written off in July, I had eye witnesses etc. so a pretty straight forward case. It's now September and I still haven't received my payout. Despite me contacting multiple times, I have had, 'someone will be in touch'. They have also put my monthly premium sky high because it's still an open case. I would not recommend Aviva to anyone. I've never had to make a claim like this before and the lack of support has been unreal. You call, email and you just get fobbed off. I'm so out of pocket and there's no end in sight. It's like talking to a brick wall and there's noone to turn to for support. Really distressing when you are dealing with an already stressful situation. Avoid Aviva if you want a smooth and supportive process should you ever need to claim. Basically they just take your money and run with it. They are not interested in their clients at all.

Used Confused.com to compare home insurance. Aviva came out as not only competitive, but the best value available. It was so easy to take out a policy, and the offer to pay in instalments, far better than others.

What an easy process
What an easy process, needed car insurance quickly due to new car, the site was user friendly and easy to understand and edit. Made sure you understood what you were asking for and laid out well. Price was good and able to pay over the year.
