Aviva Platinum Fully Comprehensive car cover
This was my first Fully Comprehensive car cover with Aviva.
From start to finish, it was a faultless experience and the cheapest on the market!
Previously been with One Call, Post Office and Aviva outsripped them all and even my previous car insurers renewal quotes couldn't match Aviva's Fully Comprehensive cover!
And, it includes RAC breakdown cover as well.
Thank you and well-done Aviva.
I will highly recommend you to all my friends and family from now on....!

Poor customer experience
Cancellation process is extremely poor. Advised I was due a small refund, I received this then received a default notice from Aviva because I cancelled my direct debit. I contacted customer services who advised the refund, that was given to me before the next direct debit was due, was based on the assumption that I made the next direct debit payment.. for a cancelled policy. The ‘assumption’ you make should be clearly stated when cancelling the policy.it is nonsensical to issue a refund before ensuring the next direct debit payment has cleared onto your systems. Poor service at best. No better when trying to make a health claim either. Avoid!!

Very comprehensive
Very comprehensive. Good cover. Expensive. I have had no accidents/crashes. Itwas my husband as a named driver. There was no where to put my 2nd claim which was a non fault claim for car written off due to rats destroying wiring to air bags and all wiring below dashboard . Payout was2200 for vauxhall Astra. So apart from nowhere to put this information . The forms were all good. Took me half an hour
