Renewal came through at £1156, was shopping around and saw that Aviva's was the cheapest, at £830.67. Been with them before via Aviva Zero, never had an issue previously. Hoping this to be the same.

I had an incident with my car last week, the bonnet came flying up and smashed my windscreen whilst driving. Aviva have still not come and collected the car. They said that they couldn't log anything because it was a bank holiday weekend. Then they called me on the Monday saying my car was a total loss, THEY HADN'T EVEN COLLECTED THE CAR!!! Then they lied saying it was in storage, my mum took me to my car and it was still there!!! It has been there for a week! Aviva emailed me and said that they sent rac out but they couldnt find the car even though it was in the exact same place & I left them a what3words and the car is still there now. They emailed me saying they couldnt access the site as it was bank holiday but in the same email said that it is a total loss. So they cant make up their minds. Telling me its been taken by police and they will find it and yet it was in the same place. Ive sent proof and emailed everyday to which they are ignoring me and refusing to give me a courtesy car!
Dont go with them! Nightmare!
