Simple to use and great quality & service
We just had some photos from our wedding printed with photo box.
Everything was easy from uploading photos from my phone to cropping and sizing. The photos arrived quickly and we were updated throughout the process. The quality is amazing, and we are delighted with the end product. This is our second time using photo box & will definitely use in the future.

Terrible print quality
Terrible print quality. Colours were all wrong and there were other issues inside. Got a replacement still with the colour issues and after a lot of hassle finally got a voucher to order again … thst doesn’t even cover the full cost of ordering again and they said the colour issue won’t be fixed as they have new printers …. No refund offered and terrible customer service. They kept informing questions and leaving chats etc.

An "old" customer comments …..
I have used Photobox for many years, mainly for Photo Books and I have always been pleased with the results. There was one occasion when a number of pages were stuck together but Photobox quickly sent out a replacement. Production is speedy and delivery prompt. I can’t foresee me ever going elsewhere.

Print Quality gone downhill
It’s great to get books made, but the photo quality at Photobox has been reducing over the last couple of years. Even high resolution full frame photos come out as pixelated poor prints. Not surprising considering how quick the upload times are.

Wonderful book, great quality
My last book was from an incredible trip to Canada. The book was up to the usual high standard and means I am able to share the wonderful memories easily with friends and family. I have never been disappointed.

Photobox is brilliant for capturing and keeping great memories. I have had calendars, wall art, mugs etc for lots of different events & adventures from theatre pictures of my son performing to pictures of mountaineering in Italy.
Some moments are meant to be kept forever and canvas or other forms of wall art are brilliant for that, and Photobox produces quality examples of how to create & keep those memories.
Really easy tools & great selection of ways to produce that perfect gift.
