Made over 20 photobooks with Photobox / Bonusprint over the last 10 years and always pleased with the results. Received my last book surprisingly quickly which was good.

Easy to use website, which tells you if your photos aren’t of the highest quality to come out perfectly clear.
You are able to alter the size of the photo.
Quick delivery - usually within 2/3 days.

My initial photobook had pages stuck together, and when I complained, Customer Services were very quick to send me another which arrived in perfect condition.

I have bought many photobooks and have always been delighted with the quality.
However, I have also bought lots of 1000 piece jigsaws and have noticed a decline in quality control. The cutting machines leave lots of bits hanging off the underside of the puzzles. Most recently I was sent the wrong pieces in the box. I contacted customer service and they did send a replacement puzzle but there was no compensation for the inconvenience. That said, I do like the jigsaws and would use Photobox again.

Easy to order & fast delivery

Great product but very misleading offers. Ordered on Father’s Day offer when 60% discount was offered on photobooks. Only 30% received at checkout and since been bombarded by 50% off codes. Very frustrating when spending >£300 on this order.

Very nice photo books delivered on time.In the rare occasions I had an issue the matter was resolved and a replacement product was sent right away. The photobook composition is relatively easy even for me , a 74 year old person.

I'm giving 5 stars because I've always love my finished projects.

I always have the classic rectangle album because I like consistentcy. I think I've bought around 23 albums so far, but this time around found it very difficult, as I can no longer get access to the classic album unless I go via an app. As an oldie I was quite happy with what I did before and could remember what I'd done the year before. Having to change how I do things was not the best experience. I know it's a constantly changing world but, 'If it ain't broke don't fix it!'

Excellent service as always, my photobook was a quality product and I won't hesitate to use Photobox again for my next photobook.

For my daughter's school leavers' yearbook, I used the Photobox Bulk Order service for a second time this year, and am really delighted with the results. In an era of poor service, when it's impossible to get anyone on the phone, Photobox excel. I had really excellent service from Dzenana and Filip, reassurance about the delivery date, PDF proofs sent directly to me, and superb quality books, delivered ahead of our deadline. Everyone is delighted with them. Thank you very much Dzenana and Filip for all your help. We will be back!

Very quick delivery and helpful customer service team. Had a problem with one of my photos coming out blurred although the app had said it was perfect and was given a code to remake it.

Easy to use with a Mac

I’ve never tried doing anything like this before and as I’m approaching 80, I thought I’d struggle with it. No. It was so easy and I thoroughly enjoyed making the album for my granddaughters 21st. It was returned in plenty of time, sooner than I expected and I was thrilled with the quality of the album. I will be doing another one in a couple of years for my grandsons. I really recommend this company.
