I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I had to as this stuff is amazing. I was diagnosed with perioral dermatitis and basically the nurse at my GP surgery gave me all the wrong creams such as hydrocortisone and Fucidin which made it worse. I tried this and within the first day I noticed an improvement and since then it has all but gone. Thank you

Excellent efficient service. The engineer arrived on time and quickly got on with getting the old boiler out. The new boiler arrived on time and everything was finished in about 5 hours.

Had the Teddy sofa and sofa bed delivered last Wednesday.
Very pleased with them and the delivery guys were great.
However I understood that the Sofa Bed would be harder to sit on but it is sooo hard it’s like sitting on a park bench. I feel perched - my feet don’t even touch the floor and I am 5’6!!!I understand why it would be harder but it is going to be used for most of the time as a sofa so it does need to be comfortable.
I tried calling them to see if we could have different cushion pads but got put on hold and gave up waiting.
I’ve sent 2 emails and have had no response.
I just think it’s the same old story very happy to take your money, no phone call from Customer Service to see if everything was ok.
Come on Sofa.com you are letting yourselves down.
I don’t part with £4,500 lightly so I do expect some Customer Service.

Good fitter laid vinyl very well in a very complicated layout of a bathroom.
Cleaned up well.
Would definitely recommend.

Very overpriced for the item. All it is is a couple of foam pieces that look like 2 tampons stitched together. When you have a wee they get soggy and then leak.
Better off with a tampon that you can change.
