I find hello fresh very convenient…
I find hello fresh very convenient saving time on shopping trips and avoiding picking up unneccessary items and avoiding unneccessary expense. There is a good variety and easy to follow instructions. I'm also rewarded for being a loyal customer by a free sdd on each week which I choose as a fruit bag which is good quality. Very happy with their service.

AVOID!! incompetent support team! They ACCIDENTALLY cancelled my order & they couldn’t possibly undo this ERROR so I would have to go without food for a week and all they could offer me is £13 credit!! CRAP COMPANY!!!

Good food but too much non-returnable packing
I like the recipes and food quality.
I deducted 1 star for packaging. A lot of card board is used to package the items, plus the ice packs. None of this is returnable to Hello Fresh for re-use. This creates a lot of additional rubbish which is non-environment friendly.
I appreciate the requirements for food hygiene but I would like to see a more efficient use of resources for packaging.

Scam buisiness is based on you forgetting to skip a week, because you can only skip four at a time happens quite often, they you end up paying £35 for a tenners worth of stuff you don’t want, food arrives it’s barely fresh avoid free box ain’t worth it

Quality of meat and expiry date
I feel like meats is coming in with very close dates, often I have to cook two meals just not to waste products. Beef mince been really chewy, and pieces inside that I am not sure is it even beef.

I'm finding Hello fresh really good, it has helped me get out of the rut of cooking the same thing week after week, it's great having all the stuff delivered and weighed out ready, the quality of meals tried have been really good and the produce is fresh and really good quality, it's even helped to expand our really fussy eaters palate and got them to try new foods.

I want to love Hello Fresh but…
I want to love Hello Fresh, I really do … Firstly the good stuff
1. Some nice easy to follow recipes
2. Convenient
3. With the offers they send it is super affordable
The not so good stuff since first ordering with them I’ve had
1. on off problems with orders, this order was cancelled and resent a day late with little to no notice with no explanation.
2. missing ingredients and sometimes the quality of the food is less than desirable. It just feels like they are trying to get rid of the old stuff
3. The constant calls from customers services if you cancel the subscription it borders on harassment! I did block one of their numbers!
It’s not all bad but it’s not all great either!

lacking variety
Delivery and quality of ingredients is good.
However, I gave my meal options as very wide. Meals sent are lovely, (though take longer to prepare than I expected).
However, nice as they are, I frequently am using the same ingredients - garlic, pasta, lemon or lime zest, creme fraiche and peas. I would have preferred to have a wider variety

Hello Fresh promotional offers for new customers - Beware!
This review relates to the promotional offer and ordering process rather than the food.
I signed up to HelloFresh after receiving a promotional offer through the post. However, when I tried to apply the discount code during registration, it was repeatedly rejected by the app.
What was even more frustrating was discovering that, after placing the order, I could only cancel future deliveries and not the initial order itself. As a new customer, this felt like being locked into a purchase I had only made because of the advertised offer.
I have no opinion on the food, as I have not received it yet, but my first impression of HelloFresh has been very poor. I would recommend that prospective customers pay close attention to any promotional discounts and carefully review the cancellation options before completing their order.

This is the first time I have used Go…
This is the first time I have used Go Fresh and I am pleasantly surprised.
The whole weeks food comes in one delivery, the vegetables are fresh and the sauces are amazing. What I really like is it looks like I've cooked an alacarte meal, and there is hardly any washing up after. It's a win, win!

The food choices are amazing
The food choices are amazing, I am picking foods and menus that I would not normally cook at home. The portions are of a good size and there is always an option to add to each dish, it could be a flatbread, a garlic bread, extra vegetables, Indian side dishes, the list is endless. The delivery is great, always arrives when it says it should and is packaged really well with ice blocks to keep your fridge items cold. I am really enjoying cooking again and with the help of the recipe cards, all the timings for each stage are spot on. Exploring new foods that I haven't previously made is brilliant.

Very good variety of recipes. Having everything delivered and the meals organised makes life so much easier. On the flip side, quality of food is a bit lower of what I would chose for myself and a lot of packaging to recycle.
