This has now been going on for 2 weeks and I am no closer to resolving the problem.
Absolutely shoddy customer service. There’s nothing worse than people not doing anything than people saying they will and don’t then having to chase them to do their job properly.

I love next, when you order online they keep you informed on delivery and click and collect is excellent. Returns are easy when you go to a store and its immediately credited to your account.

Wrong order given
I went to collect my order. Didn't realise until I got home the parcel wasn't mine. although it was the same surname as mine and similar postcode.
I just had knee surgery so unable to go back to collect my actual order.
Called Next and after going through 3 differnt departments managed to get through to the correct branch. The manager was very dismisive and just said I had to bring back the wrong items. My consern was someone else is missing their delivery and they didn't seem bothered. or as for any of the details on the order label.

Great Customer Service
Went into Norwich today looking for a quarter zip sweater. First went to the Magic and sparkle store found one but more suited to sports wear. Visited Next store and couldn’t find any in spite of the fact you have plenty online. Spoke to staff member who thought she had some in her stockroom. She made several trips there for me and I purchased a red 16/18 one. She reassured me that I had 28 days to return if unsuitable. Tried it on at home and still wearing it. Lovely fit/ colour and super warm. Great product and lovely staff. Thank you.

The sofa we purchased had an absolutely unbearable smell! Also it looked quite nice aesthetically, the odour was so strong and unpleasant that we simply had to get rid of it.
