Flight from Brest was late yet again.
And then the plane was parked on the fringes of Gatwick so we had to wait for buses to ferry the cattle sorry passengers to the airport. Missed the last Gatwick Express train. So now there was no chance of reaching public transport in London in time. 65 pound taxi fare required...more than the flight...what a shit airline.

Terrible service. No room for my guide dog on flight even though I advised easyJet that I would be travelling with guide dog. So then they changed my flight to the next day and charged me extra. Total disability discrimination

I made a error omitting a middle name of passenger.
Bassam helped me clear it up quickly and simply for know charge, he (or she) was helpful, polte and a credit to the company.

Our evening flight on EasyJet from Hamburg to London Gatwick was cancelled. We booked a hotel and a flight for the next day and submitted an expense claim via their website. EasyJet are adamant that they can not find our bookings despite us having sent them their own booking confirmations! Gobsmacked. May need to get solicitors involved

Garbage customer service as you would expect. Long waiting time, “computer says no” type of answer, etc. I feel sad for people working for EasyJet at this point.

Useless answer to the question - dont have more info than before - Security questions was not correct so the guy refused to go further - worst client assistance ever

Appalling. The contact took far too long. The inflexibility of a booking that was incorrectly confirmed by the Concur business app, has resulted in a £49 fee to pay. No autonomy from the agent. Will absolutely never book with easyjet again.
