Best food box service
Best food box service! We've had Gousto continuesly for 6 years and are continuing to order from them. They are so convenient and always have lots of choice of cuisines, we have learnt so much from them. Yes the delivery can be a bit rubbish but that's not on Gousto, that's the couriers. If there is ever an issue with delivery, their customer service is great and always solve the problem.
Way better than Hello Fresh who's customer service are awful and their push marketing is too much!
Fantastic company with fantastic customer service which is a rarity nowadays

There is a lot of choice with this product, and especially at the fish and chicken end to reduce red meat intake. Although I don't think it advertisers as a slimming product it can help in this regard if you don't over eat on other meals.
Quality has always been good and deliveries excellent.

Off chicken
3 times i ve ordered and 3 times the chicken has been off.
Evri don’t deliver til 9pm, i don’t know if this is the issue or if its off before it gets shipped.
Won’t order again, it’s a shame because i like the idea and the recipes.

Decided to try this company ,got my first box at half price and all I can say is it was still over priced ,cheap cuts of meat and the ready meals were flavourless and tasted vile,
So I cancelled my subscription straightaway 5 days before my next box was due to be delivered ,get charged for my next box the very next day !!!! Customer services tell me we charge people's card 3 days before your next box is due to be delivered ,well they charged mine 4 days before my next delivery day BUT why are the even charging me when I've cancelled my subscription? Now I'm told I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund ...if you find your self in this situation make sure you screen shot any online conversations you have with them because they do not send you the transcript of it like most companies do .... AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
Update to there reply .....I cancelled on the Monday and money was taken out of my bank in the Tuesday ,if I've cancelled then you have no right to take money from me ...and I'm sick of companies blaming banks and there process ! You shouldn't have taken the money when I can canceled my subscription ....there is a word for it THEFT!!!!

Regarding your subscription, orders are processed ahead of the delivery date, and if an order has passed the weekly cut-off, it will still be charged even if the subscription is cancelled afterwards. Any applicable refund is then processed in line with our standard timescales, although the time it takes to appear can vary depending on the payment provider.
If the order was cancelled, but you still saw a transaction, its likely due to the pre-authorisation. This happens the day before a formal payment is collected, your bank reserves the funds in preparation for the formal payment the following day. As you cancelled after the pre-auth but before formal payment this left the pending transaction held by your bank, it typically takes them up to 10 days to release to your available balance.
We're also sorry to hear you were disappointed with the quality of the meals and your customer service experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and your comments will be passed on to the relevant teams as we continue to improve our service.

Absolutely love Gousto. Meals are delicious and easy to cook also easy to cancel meals if going on holiday, they also are straight on it if anything missing or bad quality. The rating I gave was Down to delivery it is a bit pricey so that stops me from ordering to be honest as it used to be free which was part of it being better than the others out there when they added on delivery I felt abit cheated and delivery drivers are appalling they just dump it without even ringing to see if anyone in so it could be lying out in the sun for hours before you know it’s there., they don’t even put it in porch too lazy to open door they just toss it down outside in this hot weather.
