Very straightforward process - boiler was delivered on time, Fitter arriving shortly after (as planned). Job done very efficiently, Fitter provided clear instructions on use of boiler. Everything left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

It was very easy to order my new boiler and you were able to fit it the very next day. A delivery time of 7-10 am. bothe the boiler and my plumber Ryan arrived together at around 7.30am

Ryan was excellent, he rang me the day before and confirmed some details. During the fitting he kept me informed about his progress and what he was doing and why. Upon finishing he went through all I needed to know about how it all works. Then he cleaned everything away and told me what to do if I had any problems. I cannot praise him enough.

Firstly if I could give ZERO star I would and I would NOT recommend BOXT to anyone, unless they want to be messed about by them.

2-3 months waiting for solar DNO approval, then a 2 days job became 3 weeks of ongoing stress and system is still not working properly!

Delays after delays, poor communication, very disorganise, wrong & missing delivery of parts/equipments. New engineer not familiar with the system&apps (Sunsynk & Eddi), had to learn and figure it out along the way with poor support from Boxt.

This whole process has caused us tremendous stress, all the delays has required us to change our plans multiple times which incurred additional cost.

It’s really frustrating, unacceptable and ridiculous!!
