Great product!
My shopping experience was simple and easy. My product was received in great quality in a timely manner. The only complaint I had was rhe shipping information. Their site said to follow it on Shop, but that never updated. I found information on the company website until it left the UK. After that the info wasn't so great. However, it did arrive and didnt take too long at all considering it came international. I am very pleased with the purse and would definately buy from here again.

Beautiful bag stitched and made to last
The bag and packaging came neat and tidy. The leather is soft and the color is beautiful. My only disappointment was that Pom Pom had a sale a week later and my bag and all the accessories were $20 less.

Purses are well made and creative (I love all the different straps!). Pom Pom covered the shipping and duty. Took about two weeks to get to Vancouver, Canada. Easy to track with codes provided. Great company!

Fabulous product. Small and compact but you can fit everything inside without issue.
The quality is of a high standard and the free straps give you the freedom to change the look of the bag effortlessly.
I had been toying with this bag for a while but when the sale dropped into my email it was a no brainer!
I would happily recommend Pom Pom for quality workmanship and easy to do business with, definitely 5* from me

Overall I am extremely pleased and would definitely recommend Pom Pom London's products they are beautiful quality with lots of choice of styles and colours .Your order comes very well packed and prompt tracked shipping .I only reluctantly dropped 1 star due to a very glitchy online check out system during Bank Holiday sale weekend and no customer service available whatsoever to help resolve issues resulting in excessive P&P Charges and items getting shipped separately so not very environmentally friendly .Due to online glitches my one order was missing one of the "FREE" straps I have contacted customer service and provided evidence of my order so I am holding faith that they will resolve this issue and send out my missing strap ( watch this space ! ) .The only other thing I m disappointed in was my account seems to have been blocked from the Summer Sale ? Maybe because I bought a lot for myself & gifts for my Daughters & they may suspect I planned on re selling which isn't the case & one order isn t credited to my account but to my husband's email which has no account ? ( This is same glitchy order missing a strap ) But as I said at start I highly recommend Pom Pom London for quality , versatile and cost effective ❤️👌
