I received my bag quickly and it's beautiful and high-quality. I ordered an original bag in Stone and it is a great neutral color, the straps are fun and unique, and the bag is a great size to tote around all of my essentials. I have already received multiple compliments! I'll be back for more, Pom Pom London :)

Returns process was excellent. Bag was poor quality stiff leather. I guess you get what you pay for. Sorrr but returned this bag.

Very easy to order and choose the belts that fit. Happy about the wallet as a présent. Fast delivery. The purse is beautifull nice leather and nice size and the belts are just fine. I got à lot for my money and will buy Pompom again for sure. Thank you.

My previous experiences with Pom Pom service have been brilliant but in this case I am very disappointed. My bag arrived with a missing London Underground tag and the tassel was damaged. I contacted customer services who quickly replied to say that the bag was out of stock and I could either return for a refund or have 20% off my next order. I really like the bag and despite its imperfections I replied that I would keep the bag and take the 20% off my next order. However, that was the last I heard from Pom Pom and I have sent 4 or 5 emails requesting how to obtain my discount to no avail. Poor quality control on my order and now no response to my emails, very disappointing.

One... customer service. I totally messed up my shipping option at checkout, but one phone call (with a live person, nonetheless!) and this was resolved. Two... the delicious, lushness of this leather. The Chestnut Original bag is nothing further than complete perfection.

I absolutely love this company! I have been wanting one for ages and finally decided to treat myself. I brought the Waterloo and city line plus bag and the circle line mini. Both are beautiful! Also their customer service is brilliant, one strap was missing and I sent an email, the replacement was with me within 2 days.

Just received my first bag from PomPom London and I have to say the quality is amazing.

The whole experience was seamless from start to finish and such a lovely choice of additional straps to choose from.

Delivery was quick. Just 4 days and would’ve been quicker only I opted to have the bag personalised with my initials, which is a nice additional touch.

Where very helpful when I asked about the blue light discount and there Sutton crossbody bag is lush I got it in salt grey which is beautiful as it has a blue hue about it.

Great bag, arrived quickly and incredibly well packages. Very good quality leather and the strap is a great editiona dn is very sturdy and hard wearing…. Love the colour and have compared i to the Elizabeth’s line when I’ve been on it and it’s a dead ringer for the line and the seat fabric! Love my new bag!
