I like the fact that your products do not contain fillers. Ordering was simple and the products arrived really quickly. It’s probably too early to say they are working but after two weeks I’m feeling more energetic and am sleeping much better.

I was really pleased with the products but very disappointed with the packing. When I collected my parcel the bottom was loose and the contents could have quite easily fallen through. Also the opening hours given for the Evri collection point were until 18:00. I arrived about 16:30 to be advised the collection part was closed. After a chat they decided they would allow me to collect this time.

I spoke to two different customer service agents who were both first class. Initially I had forgotten to change the delivery address but this was sorted out by the first operative. Then unfortunately the address, although showing on the invoice, was not showing on the parcel so the courier couldn’t find it. The lady I spoke to at Fortnums discovered this and gave them the correct details. The only down side was the gift I had ordrred for a 70th birthday arrived 4 days late.
