Was advised parcel was being delivered yesterday. When I checked the website the driver was not far from my house (approximately a 5 minute walk. I checked 10 minutes later and was advised the driver was delayed and I should receive the parcel shortly. It never turned up. I tried calling you this morning but couldn’t speak to a person. Tried webchat which again was useless. In the end I called Aldi.

Bought for my granddaughter- perfectly packaged, delivered quickly. Haven’t opened it up but from the picture on the box it looks lovely. Much better than all the awful plastic toys.

Haven’t tried these yet as they are Christmas presents for two of my grandchildren. They were well packed and look like new. Just hoping they are as good on the inside.
