Friendly staff, good product knowledge.
Attendants were very helpful and patient, I was looking for a specific set of knives for my mum and was assisted with finding each and every one listed as I was having a bit of a tough time finding the right sizes. They answered all the questions I had and also offered some insightful suggestions. All in all, it was a wonderful shopping experience and benefited from a bank holiday discount as well.

Pleasant shopping experience…
Young lady sales assistant was very pleasant and helpful with our order in store. Amassed everything for us and processed it all.
On getting home we discovered a couple of hiccups with the order but upon returning next day all was amended and corrected.
Very happy with our purchases and thank you for great customer service - such a refreshing thing these days !

It’s definitely not worth the price
The product sticks to the bottom much more than I expected. Considering the price, I’m very disappointed with the quality.
I’ve only used it three times, but I’ve already stopped using it because of this issue. I would really like to return the product and request a refund.
