Great products, great service
We have bought from Procook for many years and have always being pleased with the products and service.
We needed new frying pans and bought various options - non Procook. Disappointed with them all.
Made a trip to our closest Procook store and came away with three frying pans , a casserole dish and some very neat pan protectors.
So far, so good, we have used each piece and they are superb.
We could buy online but prefer to go to the store - the staff are very helpful.

Happy helpful staff
This rating is mostly directed at the young assistant who served me. She was so lovely, so helpful, so knowledgeable. I hope this reaches her so she knows how much I appreciated her friendliness and lovely happy attitude.
I purchased a new frying pan which is great quality, and the variety of beautiful products in the shop is amazing.
Altogether a quality shop with the most helpful staff.

I will not return or even look at Procook again!
Product ok. Quite happy with the kitchen knife set and block. I was asked if I required a carrier which purchased, the bag was 5 times bigger than it needed to be, I asked the lady cashier if they had a smaller bag she laughed and said you should of fetched your own then stood with a colleague giggling as I struggled trying to carry the big floppy bag.
I felt humiliated.
