I paid for the large bunch of flowers for my partners birthday. I was very upset with the size, very few flowers. Hardly fills out our smaller vase.

I did not receive the free chocolates and to give me a £5 voucher off of the next order before the end of the year is discusting to say the least you have lost my orders from now on .

The package was delivered on time and in good condition.

My order got stuck in an Evri delivery van!!! Had to keep chasing, was offered £5 credit against another order, I refused that so they tried offering another credit note for the flowers and chocolates, I had to virtually beg for my money back. Not impressed at all wouldn't recommend!!!!

Blooming lovely

I ordered a bouquet for a birthday gift. To be delivered on Saturday 31st. The flowers were not delivered I checked the confirmation which said could be delayed 1/2 days. I contacted the delivery company they replied the parcel was larger than expected?? The parcel was eventually delivered 11am on the 3rd day. Flowers (roses) did arrive but were opened up so don’t expect they will last very long. Will not be ordering in the future

I've used them several times before without taking references. This time they completely screwed up; the box was abandoned at the front door despite there being an intercom at the property. There were no chocolates and no greetings card. Subsequently eflorist flatly refuse to offer compensation although they have apogolised, profusely it has to be said. They keep repeating that they can't do anything because they are unable to separate the flowers from the chocolates and just refuse to reimburse me or send another delivery. I can tell you that Amazon would immediately have refunded my money, not a credit for a future purchase, and also sent a new delivery.

Not a great experience poor quality flowers received on Friday evening dead by Monday

Very few flowers sent even though I paid for a large bunch it was small!

I ordered with eflorist as it offered next day delivery and I wanted something that would arrive on my daughter's birthday 30/10. It did not arrive until 04/11 and was not delivered to her. There is a sign on her door which reads 'do not deliver to No 68' which is where it was eventually delivered. They have a ring doorbell so they know that no delivery came to their door. When they eventually found the delivery dumped on their door step 05/11 the flowers were not in a very good condition. I am extremely dissapointed and will not be using this company again.

Flowers never arrived on time, they arrived four days late and they were either dead or squashed and only fit for the bin. Change your delivery company.

Unfortunately roses were dry, the box was damage and left unattended under the rain, no message nothing.
