Poor quality flowers
Nothing wrong with the ordering and delivery process. Poor quality flowers were dead in less than a week despite every effort being made to keep them going. I know these things happen but expected a lot more.

Cancelled order
I placed an order of flowers for my wife for our anniversary and waited for them to be delivered on the day. Late afternoon on the delivery day I received an email from Interflora informing me the order had been cancelled due to staffing issues (no driver) at the local florist. Very disappointing.
