Beautiful Flowers
I ordered a bouquet for my daughter’s birthday, she lives in New York. Sometimes it can be hit and miss sending flowers internationally, as you never know which florist will be chosen by the supplier.
My daughter was delighted with her flowers, delivered on time and the blooms were very fresh.

Efficient service. Regular updates. Delivered on time. Paid for ‘large’ version of bouquet however what arrived was beautiful but no way as large as picture suggested. It was quite small considering the cost. Regardless though, my friend loved it.

Late
We paid extra for a morning delivery, so that we could be certain that the recipient would be there to receive. By midday we had heard nothing. I had to phone them and they advised that they hadn't had their delivery yet and it would arrive before 2pm. I was promised a refund for the extra delivery charge, but I have never received it. They should have been in contact with me earlier, to advise of the delay. It was dumb luck that the person was there to receive them when they did arrive at 2pm. 10 minutes later and the whole thing would've been ruined.
