Fortnum & Masons first class company. BUT.
Fortnum & Masons first class company. Customer service more than helpful if needed. Their delivery partner leave a lot to be desired.
When the delivery was made it was just left on the door step, not notifying us of the delivery.
Checked on my front two cameras, it was a guy in a car just dropped it near the door. Anyone could have just pick it up. Especially with Fortnum & Mason in large letters on the box.
Surely this is not the standard Fortnum & Mason expect.

Lovely food items…
Order arrived promptly and all perfect (have experienced crushed tins of biscuits in previous orders) my only negative comment was that the DPD driver left my box at the farm gate along way from my home luckily my husband found it!!!

All fine until the zip broke
Order and delivery was absolutely faultless, the items arrived in good time and looked great! The little bee purse is wonderful, and the big insulated bag was great, but the tag for the zip broke within 2 days. Not the quality I'd expect from Fortnum.

I would have given 5 stars because my friend was absolutely over the moon with the hamper, if the delivery company driver had not dropped it off at the wrong address. I was lucky the chap who received it was honest, and kind enough to carry it down the road to my address.
