Ordered a large item from Wayfair and unfortunately they use this company. There’s no option of selecting a specific day for delivery. XDP’s FAQs say that if no one’s in they will try three more times. FALSE! They just dumped outside even though I paid for specific room delivery. I am not accepting that “delivery.” There was not even a slight attempt to contact and their “help” chat is non-responsive.

I received a message saying that my delivery would be due between 7:22pm and 9:22pm. 9:22pm came and went - when I checked the map for the location of the driver - he was still in London (I live in mid/north Kent). As I was due to get up early for work the next day I needed to go to bed. I tried contacting the delivery company as I assumed, being so late, that the delivery would not happen now - but no response. At 10:27pm my doorbell rang. I got to the door, and the delivery drivers had just left the big heavy boxes on my doorstep - one of the drivers had already walked away, the other took a quick photo as I opened the door then went - with them leaving the boxes on the doorstep. I am disabled - but was left with the boxes outside the house all on my own -family already well and truly asleep at that time. Unfortunatley I had no choice but to try to get the boxes in myself up the steps, unfortunately sustaining a bit of an injury. This has left be with a very sour taste of this company.

Absolutely horrendous !!
I waited in all day as it was a 7 am till 7 pm delivery through Wickes. It finally came at 22:20 and the door was damaged, when I pointed out to the delivery driver, he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off

recliner chair in 2 big boxes, delivery guy just dumped 1st one in front door never said a word, 2nd one left at door.
boxes were filthy, torn .now my rug is ruined with all the stains so thanks very much

Delivery was 4 days late sat at delivery depot for days then didn't arrive in my time slot either.if i had a option I wouldn't choose this company

Daily delays over seven days. New times posted each day which were not met.
Tracking info misleading.
Today at about six pm the nine foot metal package dumped against the soft garage door WITHOUT EVEN COMING INTO THE GARDEN TO LET US KNOW!!
Unreliable and cheating Company. Not to be trusted by any of their customers….

45 minutes past the allotted time. Ok, i get there could be delays, traffic etc ... But then i get a notification its been delivered? I open my front door and there is my mattress leaning against the wall. They didn't even knock!

Quick delivery, no problems

They Had my parcel and we are 3 weeks in and a replacement sent out and guess what they can’t find that one either and they’re not small parcels 👀 shambles of a delivery company

He delivered it on time and I watched the man just push it off the van onto the path with his feet. Luckily it wasn’t anything breakable

The courier was so nice carried my mattress up the stairs for me ..was really appreciated..would give him more stars if I could ..thankyou

The man who delivered didn’t even knock ,it was my dog who alerted me he had left it ,a huge parcel just left on the door step,how quickly he did this shows in the time I got to the door and called him back .
I’m 75 years old with a broken shoulder,certainly unable to lift it over the step and put it in hallway .
So I called him back ,asked him to just put it over the threshold literally 2 foot from where he left it .
He realy wasn’t happy nd realy quite rude ,I would in future if I’m buying something to be delivered ,ask if they are useing this parcel service ,and if so will not buy the product .
I’m not say the company is bad they informed me of the delivery all the way through,but they need to check there drivers as this one should be sacked .

Chris the courier spoke with me and I guided him to my new property which lies within an estate and he was cheerful, courteous, polite and totally professional in every aspect of my dealings with him. It was a pleasure talking with him and guiding him to where my bed was going to be stored and he stored this for me without asking.
A lovely guy and a credit to himself and XPD.
Great service and highly recommend.

The driver didn't want to carry the headboard to my apartment. He wanted me to carry it myself I am not impressed at all

Nothing but lies re delivery times. Sent me texts and messages on the Monday giving an afternoon time slot. Tracked the driver who got 3/4 to mine from the depot then called it a day. Tuesday a repeat performance, this time he managed to stop at services for an hour. Got an email at 2145 saying I was next (driver was still 24 miles away) and then 3 minutes later he had made an unsuccessful delivery attempt! Day 3, after complaining to the supplier, the courier company and the original agent the delivery was made.

I received an email asking if I would like to sign contactless so I agreed. The delivery arrived as I finished signing so I unlocked the main entrance door when he rang my buzzer. I waited watched him unload and I was waiting patiently by my front door for him to appear with my delivery. I waited a few minutes then heard a vans engine start up and it was the delivery man he had just dumped 5 huge boxes of acoustic oak panelling in my main entrance of my apartment block.

I’m absolutely livid because I suffer with chronic pain, arthritis and fibromyalgia so I try not to do heavy lifting as it makes worse. I had to struggle to drag and lift them not once but 5x into the lift, and the same to empty the lift. Then after that I had to do the same to get them into my flat. Thankfully my apartment is next to the lift, if it was any further away I would have had a lot of issues. That took me almost an hour to do because he never delivered his parcels to the full destination.

Timely delivery

Excellent delivery. Took the extra time to carry the parcel to the rear of the house. Extremely helpful and polite. Nothing too much trouble.

⁹Terrible driver,left it communal hallway ,third floor down didn't even inform,not sure how how he got in,neighbour alert it me about my delivery, then needed to call two friends to help to bring it upstairs,anyone gets delivery from those company try to avoid, get some other
