Terrible, I paid £40 delivery to my door and never received it

The equipment wasn't working and the optician complained about me not bringing my contact lens case and solution- I've never had to bring this to an opticians as it is always provided. She also kept lowering my chair without warning me first and generally seemed not great at her job.
