Ordered a chair £599 9 days ago for my disabled mother who is very disabled. Cannot contact this company. AI 24 hour help useless. No idea of this is coming been processing now for 9 days. Sent email no return although it stated will be replied to in 24 hours. Absolute disgrace

I buy from this company alot the items are always lovely and well made, delivery is quick. You only know how good a company is when you have a complaint. Well this company is outstanding mailed after 11pm by 9am I had an email rectifying the problem, but the afternoon an email advising of delivery. Outstanding I thought this kind of customer service was gone forever. This kind of service makes you a loyal customer. 🤩
